How it works

From automation requirement to supplied equipment.

Send whatever information you have. A part number is ideal, but photographs, nameplate details and an explanation of the application can also start the search.

01

Describe the requirement

Provide the equipment type, manufacturer, part number, revision or firmware, electrical ratings, protocol, application, preferred condition, quantity and required date where known.

02

The specification is checked

Critical compatibility details are reviewed before the search. Any missing information that could affect suitability is raised with you.

03

Suitable equipment is sourced

Manufacturer channels, automation suppliers, specialist surplus holders, refurbishment partners and industry contacts are considered to locate viable options.

04

You review the option

Available part numbers, condition, photographs, test or warranty information, lead time, exclusions and delivery details are presented clearly.

05

A formal quotation is issued

The quotation confirms the proposed automation equipment, price, VAT treatment, payment terms, delivery scope, validity and equipment-specific conditions.

06

The equipment is secured and supplied

Once the order and payment requirements are satisfied, availability is reconfirmed, the equipment is secured and the agreed delivery arrangements are made.
